Year Warranty / Care & Maintenance |
| Designer Stone
warrants its products to be free from factory defects in
material & workmanship for a period of one year. This
warranty shall be limited to the repair or the replacement, at
the discretion of Designer Stone, of the defective product.
Inspect your product prior to installation. If you find cosmetic
defects, do not install the product because installation is not
covered under warranty. Labor and or labor charges to remove and
replace a defective product, and or fixtures, plumbing,
hardware, or decorative treatments attached to our product, are
not covered under this warranty. |
Warranty does
not cover any damage resulting from:
- Transportation other than
Designer Stone
- Damage to the product after
manufacturers delivery to purchaser
- Improper installation or
use
- Improper care &
maintenance
- Excessive hot water
temperatures
- Discoloration from
long-term storage
- Warpage caused by improper
storage
Care & Maintenance:
Clean with a mild liquid cleaner followed by an application of
paste wax or Gel Gloss. Apply paste wax or Gel Gloss using a
soft cloth. This activity performed every two to three months on
the product will help prevent hard water residue build up &
will minimize scratching & assist with maintaining the
luster for many years. Do not use abrasive cleaners or
expose to heat or harsh chemicals! For products with a
matte/satin finish use Gel Gloss in the bowl & a scotch
brite pad on other surfaces for touch ups. |
| When hooking up
the drain on the vanity top, do not over tighten (only hand
tighten) & use a generous amount of plumber’s putty. If
over tightened, future cracking of the bowl may result from
tension applied. Designer Stone will not guarantee any product
when this condition is present. |
